Andrew Arruda
Andrew Arruda is a Canadian entrepreneur and lawyer. He is Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of the artificial intelligence company ROSS Intelligence, a leader in the legal technology industry. Arruda speaks internationally on the subjects of A.I., legal technology, and entrepreneurship and has been featured in publications such as The New York Times, BBC, CNBC, CBS, Fortune, Inc., Forbes, and the Financial Times. A member of the Forbes 30 under 30 class of 2017, as well as a 2016 TED speaker, Arruda aims to forever change the way legal services are delivered. Prior to cofounding ROSS Intelligence, Arruda worked at a Toronto litigation boutique and with the Canadian Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development in Lisbon, Portugal.

Jameson Dempsey
Jameson Dempsey is an associate in the Communications and Privacy & Information Security groups of Kelley Drye & Warren LLP, where he counsels communications service providers, technology companies, and trade associations on federal and state privacy, information security, and communications issues. Jameson also serves on the board of directors of Legal Hackers (www.legalhackers.org), a global movement that explores and develops creative solutions to pressing issues at the intersection of law, policy, and technology.
Jameson’s work has earned him a recommendation in Legal500 (Data Protection and Privacy) and a 2016 “Fastcase 50” award, as well as speaking engagements at SXSW, Mobile World Congress (4YFN), CTIA Super Mobility Week, and the Computers, Freedom & Privacy Conference.
Jameson earned a B.A. in political science and philosophy from Boston College, where he served as Production Director of WZBC-Newton, and a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Brooklyn Law Review and was a participant in the Brooklyn Law Incubator & Policy (BLIP) Clinic. When he’s not practicing law or advancing the mission of Legal Hackers, Jameson enjoys writing, playing, and listening to music.

Fred Headon
Fred Headon, Assistant General Counsel, Labour and Employment Law, at Montreal-based Air Canada, was the first in-house counsel to serve as President of the Canadian Bar Association. He also served as Chair of the CBA’s Legal Futures Initiative.
At Air Canada he leads a team of professionals who are responsible for all aspects of labour and employment law, as well as privacy / data protection law and corporate social responsibility. He also represents Air Canada in proceedings before courts and tribunals and advises on matters ranging from collective bargaining to strategic corporate initiatives.
Prior to joining Air Canada, Mr. Headon worked in private practice in Montreal and taught at the Law Faculty of the National University of Rwanda.
His work with the CBA, and, in particular, it’s Legal Futures Initiative, were cited by Canadian Lawyer magazine when it included him in its 2013 and 2015 lists of Canada’s 25 most influential lawyers. His contributions to the profession were also recognized by the Barreau du Québec (Québec Law Society) which awarded him the distinction Avocat émérite (or Lawyer Emeritus) in 2015.
Mr. Headon earned his LL. B. and B.C.L. degrees from McGill University in 1996 and earned his B.A. from the University of Winnipeg in 1992. He has been a member of the Quebec Bar since 1997.

Hart Hagerty
Hart Huguet Hagerty creates timeless statement pieces that blend her love of Asian aesthetics and the bohemian side of her hometown Charleston. In addition to luxe, one-off jackets, Hart is known for her tassel earrings: the perfect “everyday statement earrings” featuring a featherlight tassel, chic silhouettes and rich colors. After majoring in Chinese at Vanderbilt, Hart lived in Shanghai for 5 years, working as a fashion editor and trend researcher before launching the line in 2013. Hart was a travel curator and contributing writer for Vogue's and Travel + Leisure's Shanghai city guides. While Hart now lives in a classic Charleston single house, China will never leave her. She uses her Mandarin skills to work directly with Chinese artisans and suppliers to proudly produce her earrings in small batches in Shanghai, where she returns to annually to get her fill of greasy jianbing, wild Bund nightlife and tone-deaf karaoke.

Tina C. Jeon
Tina C. Jeon is currently a corporate associate at Latham & Watkins LLP in the New York, specializing in sponsor-side finance, banking, and start-up representation. Prior to her legal career, Jeon was a Director at Publicis Groupe, where she represented the interests of Fortune 100, public affairs, and nonprofit clients, and managed the firm's domestic and international development efforts. Jeon has been recognized by local and national organizations for leading large-scale fundraising campaigns to support charitable organizations combating child homelessness, abuse and illness. She was an internationally ranked member of Team USA Archery (2004-2008), 3-time All-American, and 3-time All-Academic collegiate competitor at Yale University, where she founded the team. Jeon received her undergraduate degree from Yale University, for whom she continues to conduct alumni interviews through the Yale Club. Jeon received her J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law with distinction as a Dean's Scholar.
Jeon's professional experience includes domestic and international media relations, speechwriting, intra-governmental relations, integrated social media campaigns, international ad campaign development, newsroom management, event planning, and corporate communications.

Samir Patel
Samir is a Canadian born, American trained lawyer and associate with Holland & Knight in Miami. He focuses on blockchain and AI. He is also an alumni of LawWithoutWalls (2017). Samir has immersed himself at the intersection of technology and law since he was a student at Michigan State University College of Law, where he also studied design thinking and its application to legal tech. He has a particular interest in social media, which he credits with opening doors, broadening his knowledge, and created a unique avenue for career growth.

Jose Torres
Jose is a Colombian lawyer and legal innovator. He is the current Director of the Center for Innovation in Law at Universidad Sergio Arboleda, a graduate of Universidad de Los Andes and the University of Barcelona, a former fellow at Stanford Law School, and has worked at the World Trade Organization, Skadden Arps, and Posse Herrera Ruiz.
